Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was perfect for family vacations, offering spacious and modern rooms. The service was top-notch with staff going above and beyond to fulfill every request. Its ideal location in the heart of the CBD provided easy access to restaurants, bars, and popular attractions. Although the dining options were not up to par, the overall experience was wonderful.
The hotel offers spacious and well-furnished rooms but lacks in service quality. The location is superb for exploring Toronto, with easy access to public transportation.
I was amazed by the visually stunning bathroom with floor-to-ceiling glass everywhere, an iPad offering a great view, and the overall luxurious, clean, and spacious rooms with outstanding bedding and pillows. The service was top-notch, catering to our every whim, from arranging an airport express train to booking a private tour for Niagara Falls. The location, bordering the financial district and just a short walk to the shopping center, was fantastic. The dining experience, though of high quality, appeared a bit expensive. The facilities, including a large pool, hot tub, cozy cabanas, sauna, and steam, were beautifully well-kept.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely luxurious and comfortable, with excellent rooms and perfect service. The location was breathtaking, although it could get busy in the evenings. The dining options were high quality, but slightly repetitive after a few days. Overall, a great experience with just a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was simply breathtaking; the rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure every request was fulfilled. The location, on the edge of Toronto's downtown area, was great for exploring nearby restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. The dining experience was very good, although it did get a bit repetitive after a few days. Overall, a luxurious stay worth every dollar spent.
I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and professional, making my experience truly enjoyable. The fitness center was great, although it was missing some equipment. The cleanliness could have been better, but overall, it was a fantastic hotel.
From the quick check-in process to the escort service to the elevator, my stay was top-notch. The rooms were beautifully appointed with modern features like remote-controlled sheers and blinds, although the absence of a tub was a minor drawback.
